INPA The company has 50 years of professional experience in the production and commercialisation of typical Italian - and particularly Tuscan - products: un oil, sweet-and-sour, pickles, Olivess, seafood products and other specialities.
Through our accumulated experience, INPA has reached the highest standards in food production and quality control, and this has been underpinned by constant research for the best raw materials. Over the years the Company has developed its commitment to producing for private labels and has become a close and qualified partner of major distribution chains and the catering industry both within Italy and abroad.I.N.P.A.’s mission as a producer of preserved food is to achieve customer satisfaction whilst respecting the Hygiene, Health and Safety principles outlined in the Codex Alimentarius, current legislation and customers’ contract specifications. In addtion, the Management of INPA strongly believes in preserving Italy’s gastronomic traditions.

INPA was founded in 1959 by Emilio Innocenti in Vinci, Florence.The Quality Control laboratory of INPA born in conjunction with the company's first production craft. Food safety has always been in the DNA of INPA. At the origins of the Quality control was made in a small workshop outside the company, then transferred to the first floor of the old home, and expanded several times. Even now the present location has repeatedly transformed and equipped:
from the first floor, where he was born, we moved to the garrison at ground floor of all incoming goods inspections and just-in-time on production lines. Starting from checks made by the owner in person, qualified for his university studies, has been incorporated since 1980 and already a professional since 1984 and two other chemists, which is still in force at the lab. Since 1995, it operates according to the principles of HACCP in full compliance with the Codex Alimentarius. In 2004, at the new headquarters has entered the first doctor degree in chemistry in 2005 and the first technologist. INPA then has 4 analysts responsible solely to the controls on raw materials, semi-finished product in process and finished product. The workshop is coordinated directly by the Resp. Through its Environmental and Quality control policies, INPA is dedicated to obtaining and maintaining compliance with obligatory legislations and, in general, with any and all binding and voluntary commitments undertaken in relation to Environmental matters either directly or indirectly related to the company. INPA’s Environmental and Quality control policies aim to achieve these goals by defining a reasonable performance level for the Environmental Management System, constant improvement of this system and setting an internal and external communication system appropriate to the Company’s current needs.

INPA in 2016 has replaced throughout the company introduced the traditional lamps and LED technology (Light-Emitting Diodes) which represents the new frontier of enlightenment. It is an electronic component that emits an infrared light and ultraviolet free to contact with the current. Its main features are: saving, luminous efficiency, durability and sustainability.
INPA has been certified ISO 14001 since 2007. The company has always shown great sensitivity towards environmental issues and is committed to reducing its environmental impact through the implementation of practical projects.
Thanks to the help of experts and qualified consultants, INPA has identified specific objectives to be implemented in the short term:
Evaluation of nutritional products aimed at determining the content of the active ingredients characteristic of plant products which are the main elements to play a 'antioxidant in the body.
In the tradition of our company to research and development has always been aimed at preserving the best quality of the products used in manufacture, quality to be understood in particular as maintaining the taste and healthiness of the same. Once expressed its full potential, that allow you to obtain and maintain all the guarantees customer facing, we wondered what further information you could provide to further enhance our products. From time science has identified in plants and foods derived from these substances which, when assimilated by the body, showed special properties "protective". These substances, commonly known as antioxidants, therefore play a protective action against aging in the broad sense. On the basis of these considerations INPA has launched a study to determine the presence and content of these substances in plants that transforms and to make the results of research available to the consumer.
